You want the Bosch replacement switches, not the factory ones.   They look 
almost the same, but the factory ones are junk and fall apart internally.   The 
good German ones are fairly cheap   (about $35 each I think?), and fit neatly 
in the dash with just minimal filing of the holes.   They are also immortal.

Do you have stock or Bosch switches now?   If you have Bosch switches and 
your window isn't working, chances are the switch isn't the problem....
