[DeTomaso] Innovate Motorsports Wideband Controller, what does it control?

Dave (or anyone else),
 
    Several of us got killer deals on MSD wideband gauges, and the seller now has more, but wants $150.  It includes a windband sensor and an Innovate Motorsports Wideband Controller, which appear to sell for more than $150 without a gauge.  So what does the Innovate Motorsports Wideband Controller do????
