    Is that an upper control arm mounting point?  Kind of makes me wonder if the stock rubber bushings transmit enough torque to the mounting point to very slightly bend the metal and to break it over time?  Might be a good reason to go to poly... bushings?

Must have occurred the Superbowl weekend....as this was the last two occasions
that I drove the car..good thing I didn't "go for one last
spin...."   Cuz it coulda been a doozy!!!  Karma had me pulling the engine
for a reason...!

This is left rear, cone thing on the left is the top of the shock.....
