Possible, but on the 25-DS ZFs, the speedo gear in question is on the end of 
a   integral 4" long shaft, so it will be more complex than speedo gears in a 
U.S tranny. And on the Pantera ZF which runs upside-down, the gear assembly is 
difficult to access without dropping it inside the box, with disasterous 
consequenses for the uncoordinated. FWIW- J Deryke
