Those operate on the same principal as the ones described in my POCA 
newsletter article of May 06. Mine were a little cheaper (3 yrs ago) but do not have 
casters nor the turntable feature- which is well worthwhile. If you've ever 
thought about actually trying to balance your car with those adjustable shocks 
you bought, here's your chance. The design isn't idiot-proof but can give very 
accurate comparison results for about 25% of the cost of pro-electronic units.
