Not exactly. What Cal Eustaquio had mounted were inners and outers with cast 
centers from Kirk, but the inners and outers were inexpertly welded to the 
centers, rather than being bolted as in the E-Bay wheels. I say 'inexpertly' 
because one beautiful-appearing TIG-weld broke circumferentially in 100 or so 
miles, leading to very rapid decompression.... There was virtually no penetration 
of the weld. Also no word on what happened to the remaining 3 that didn't 
break on his trip. BTW, since the parts were all aluminum, the centers are likely 
locally made in the U.S, maybe using an Italian Campy as a mold. FWIW- J
