Precision Proformance made them originally and sell them now.   Some other 
vendors might also carry them?

They actually began life as the top portion of the Hall Pantera chassis 
stiffness kit.   Precision Proformance sells nominally the same kit, except oddly 
they don't use this square tube, electing to use a round tube instead?
