Absolutely true. Money could be recovered. Once the car gets trapped there for maybe years, it will just get a lot worse quickly.

Ken is right, it will cost big bucks. Paying for the rolldeck time and then recovering the funds thru an attorney is a better way to go.  That way you have your car while fighting any battle later. Sue
