Maserati air horns rock.   They were a factory option on the Euro Panteras 
(well, perhaps not Maserati horns specifically, I can't exactly remember, I 
thought they used Fiamm).   The stock electric horns suck.   I guarantee 
that the horns won't be adversely affecting airflow to/through the radiator in 
any meaningful way.   If you are that concerned about it, you could simply 
relocate them somewhere else.   I have my air horns mounted on the passenger 
side ducting plate, just in front of and alongside the radiator.   (I'll 
send you a couple of photos).   They aren't directly in front of the radiator, 
but rather alongside of it, so they aren't obstructing airflow in any real 
way.

Do your air horns work at the moment?   If not, I bet it's down to the 
unused mystery relay, which to me looks like a stock Maserati air horn relay.

I simply removed my stock horns, and mounted the pump in the compartment 
where the stock horns were.   The stock horn relay (under the dash) powers a 
wire which I attached to the pump with no modifications, and I fabricated a 
short ground wire.

My air horns are one of my favorite features of the car.   They are so 
terribly Italian, and always elicit a smile when tooted in a friendly manner.   
And they are loud enough to garner appropriate attention when needed.

The nice thing about air horns is that you can use them in different ways.  
 An electric horn is a digital device--either on or off.   You can't just 
lightly tap it.   But an air horn responds to a specific touch of the horn 
button, and with a bit of practice you can 'play' it like an instrument.   A 
quick tap results in a relatively quiet, quick and fruity 'hello' or 
'goodbye' sound, whereas a committed press of the horn button emits a highly Italian 
"Get the *#@$@# out of my way!" sound.

Ditch the stock horns.   Keep your super-duper Maserati air horns.   Be 
happy. :>)
