[DeTomaso] Under car water pipes

The tubes run through a box section of the chassis. It's mainly there for a
reason other than holding up the tubes. If you were talking about the ones
at the ends of the tubes I wouldn't object but the center one is more
critical IMO. Restoring its strength requires more than a simple bracket,
again IMO.
