Note that '71-'72s had the snorkel pointing 180 degrees from Asa Jay's '73, 
toward #8 cylinder instead of #1. And on our '72 at least, there was no 
flex hose and   'scoop' at all- no place to bolt or rivit one on, just the 
choke stove with the steel air intake. FWIW- J Deryke
