[DeTomaso] Holley Carb Air Bleed Advice Request

Good reading. Changeable airbleeds takes those carbs one step closer 
to a Weber. It is often very much talk about optimizing the fuel
curve for Hp, but in my world optimizing the low speed register
is the very most essential step for a steet street motor. The engine
is spending most of its life from idle to 3000 rpm.
