[DeTomaso] 12 cylinder Pantera

OK, so here's the deal: we live in a sort of rural area, outside of Houston, and we get the little local free paper advertising sundry things like, "Black & brindle 400 lb steer," or, "Miniature Donkey Jack gelded, 7 years old, very sweet." You get the message!

But, one of the ads caught my eye: "For sale: 1971 Lincoln Continental, 460 engine, Great restoration project, $1200.00, call 979-865-3087."

460 Lincoln (Ford) engine - will it fit in my Pantera?

And, what confuses me is the new Cadillac CTS-V has 565hp, and most/many Pantera guys are squeezing 300-400hp. What's up with that?

Thanks, Bill Lewis
