A mildly modified 1970 351-Cleveland will have all the spec's you list 
except for the complication and un-repairabllity of direct injection and twin 
turbochargers. It may be 2 miles per gallon down on cruising range. It will 
certainly be lighter and with better low-end driveability. Thanks for asking-
