As I've said, you really have to understand northern Nevada weather; you 
cannot predict. It could clear up in a short while or it could continue 
raining all day and no matter what weather.com says, my local weatherman says 
t-storms on Friday as well.

The system has and is continuing to be very unstable and absolutely no one 
is going to guarantee anything at this point.

Probably best to throw an umbrella in the car; maybe that will appease the 
weather gods.
