Sadly, the chants at Woodstock failed.  It not only rained, but turned
into
a sea of mud.  Naturally (pun intended), many took advantage of this and
ran
naked.

 

Given the average age of the cars and their owners, I think it might be
prudent to hold off on the chanting.  Otherwise this could turn into one
of
those "be careful what you wish for" things. You might just get it.

 

Weather.com usually has live radar of the area you are interested in.
You
can always play "drive around the green bits".
