[DeTomaso] Turn Signal Assembly Found

First of all, I want to offer my thanks to everyone who made suggestions
about where to get a new turn signal switch, or offered to sell me an
extra that they had. I decided to get a new one from Panteras by
Wilkinson, for $387.00 plus shipping. That's a lot of money for a
switch, but I want to get this problem fixed once and for all.

Second, I want to thank SOBill for going above and beyond the call of
duty in trying to repair my switch. I wouldn't hesitate to ask him for
help again should I need it (although let's hope I don't need it, after
spending almost $400 on a switch!) Sometimes a part is just too far
gone to repair. I really appreciate all of his effort.

Finally, you can bet that when I need a part in the future, Pantera
Parts Connection will be the last vendor on my list. I know about
caveat emptor and all that, and I know that a business has to make
money. But listing the part on their web site for $500 and then upping
that to $650 on the phone, when the part is available for less than $400
just strikes me as sleazy.

Thank again to everyone that offered help.

Best Regards,

J. Sean Keane
