Any good paintless dent removal (PDR) place should be able to sort it out 
for you, relatively cheaply.

As to your front plate problem; the Pre-L cars had a bracket which mounted 
to the right bumperette.   It will be easy enough to fabricate something.

But really--why bother running a front plate anyway?
