[DeTomaso] Switch and Gauge panel

I've done a little looking around on Vendor web sites, but not found  
what I'm looking for.  I'm looking to see if any vendor carries a  
reproduction of the gauge panel, but without the switch cutouts.   
Gauge cutouts are fine, but I don't want the switch cutouts.

I'm only investigating options at this time.  Not sure if I want to go  
wood, or carbon fiber or something else.  For now, I'm just wondering  
what's out there.
