Rick,
With a strong focus on fuel economy, for years, it is hard to imagine that.  The Malibu that we got about two months ago had the tire numbers right on.

What I have noticed is that every time I get my oil changed my tire pressures get screwed up.  I think the people who do them just put air in if the tires look low.
