Just stumbled across this engineering drawing for a Dash-2-into-Ford 
oillite pilot bearing, from ERA (maker of the ERA GT40 replica), for the DIY 
make-your-own-pilot-bearing crowd.

Perhaps this is where Marlin Jack etc. get their blueprint?
