Let me add what Mike has already suggested and that is every Saturday in Huntington Beach (Orange County) we have a huge get together from 6:30 to 8am (Adams & Magnolia). A couple hundred cars (customs, rods, race cars, exotics)....I also know a speed shop that sells race gear another 5 miles from there. So we can help you out.

Hans,
San Diego Panteras have 3 events in the next several weeks.  This Saturday,
July 25th, is our Progressive Dinner Run.  This is appetizers at one
member's home, drive to another member's home for dinner and finally drive
to a third member's home for dessert.  It's a ton of fun.  On Saturday,
August 8th, we have a big tech session at one member's incredible garage
(majal).  And finally, on Saturday, August 22nd, we have a big summer
picninc.

On top of all that, we can arrange something else based upon member
availability.  Perhaps, breakfast lunch or dinner while you are in town.
Let me know when you'll be here and we can see what is possible.

I am heading for a vacation in the San Diego / LA area with my family for
the coming 3 weeks.



While in the area I would like to find a suitable store to get buy racing
equipment like a new helmet together with a HANS device, a new racing
overall etc.



I would appreciate advice on where to go to shop!



It would be very nice to get to meet with some Pantera friends as well. Are
there any regular gatherings or any other kind of events planned in the
coming weeks in San Diego or in the LA area??
