Subject: [DeTomaso] Alpine CDE-102 in a Pantera

Has anyone installed an Alpine CDE-102 in their Pantera, in the stock
vertical location? I remember seeing one (I think) in a Pantera
during the Fun Rally.

My question is whether or not it will accept and play a CD in that
orientation. My fear is a CD would get caught in the mechanism
because of the mounting direction. This unit however, has the ability
to take a USB stick or an iPod min-din input plug so the idea of a CD
is kind of moot, but I'd like to know.

Thanks.
Asa Jay
