[DeTomaso] Fw: Poor Brakes

Just to reaffirm my diagnosis, I disconnected the booster vacuum hose under 
the car. I then attached a vacuum and gauge to the hose to the booster and 
it won't hold a vacuum at all.  Booster is toast, correct?
