[DeTomaso] Brake pedal height

It's probably mis-adjusted for you since it causes foot hang-ups. But 
there's not a lot of foot room down there in any case. Some big-foot owners drive 
stocking-footed. And when we were actively autocrossing, I removed the 
rubber pedal pads from both the brake & clutch to keep from catching a shoe-sole 
during quick shifts. My wife had no such problems. FWIW- J Deryke
