[DeTomaso] CNC Clutch Master Cylinder.... I need parts

I removed the Clutch Master Cylinder because I thought it was leaking 
into the passenger compartment.  Turns out it was something else, but... 
while I had it out, I noted the rubber boot, although dry... was totally 
thrashed.  It looks 30 years old, not 10.  I took it all apart, cleaned 
the master, it's in great shape.  But I need a couple of parts.

I need the rubber boot and the cap rubber (or a whole new cap -with- 
rubber).

I went to CNC's web site, but there are no listings for dealers or 
distributors and they don't have any listings on line for individual 
parts like caps and rubber boots.

Can anyone help me here?
