Just give them a call.  Be polite (you always are), explain the  
problem and the time delay.

You might mention how the Pantera community has been all over these  
starters, and how we all view them as a great bargain, highly  
recommended on our online forums.

If they have a business brain, they will catch your drift and not want  
a bad versus good resolution to your problem to become the latest word- 
on-the-street about their operation.
