[DeTomaso] Starter problem update

Dear Forum, 

Many thanks for the electrical help with the starter problem. This weekend I will begin to try to sort it out. Favoring the simplest strategy, I will switch batteries in the two Panteras. If no better, then I will move the extra ground cable directly one of the starter studs. If those two very remedial efforts don't work, then I will double check the timing. 

If those efforts are for naught, then I will find a responsible adult to help me chase actual solinoids, volts, meters and such.
