Those zinc and phosphorus numbers sound good--I'd feel comfortable 
using it.
You might want to buy several years worth in case it becomes 
unavailable.

Isn't Norway sourced light crude one of the better oils for refining?

(I believe Texas "Light-sweet" is the best...)

They made their own brand after loosing the rights to import Quaker 
State to
Norway. I don't know who makes the Dynocat. The people at Norsk 
Pennsylvansk
Oljekompani ( www.nopenco.no ) have been into oil for a very long time.
