My little brother has been a mechanic for 20 years, and he took an
engine out of a Mazda Protege Friday and put the new one in on
Saturday.  By himself.  He's not the fastest mechanic either, but he
is careful and thorough.  I wouldn't want to put a Pantera engine in
or out by myself (tried it, not a good scene) or a deck lid (not
really possible) but it shouldn't take weeks.  Honestly.
