[DeTomaso] headlights work but buckets to not raise up

This a slightly less than helpful aside, but the first weeks I owned
my Pantera I couldn't get the headlights to go up.  The car wouldn't
start either, so it was "on the list".  I raised them to see if they
would go up; there's a worm screw on the motor that I remember
turning.  I even played with the limiter switches to see if that
helped.

It turned out that they would only go up with the key in the "on"
position.  Shortly after I figured that out, I had the timing cover
back on and started the car.  It was most joyous.
