[DeTomaso] Oil Numbers

I'd say no change at all. The viscosity is measured the same way with mineral and synthetic oils AFAIK. If your engine builder says use a 20W50 I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to use a mineral 20W50 or a synthetic XXW50 oil. Or the other way around, you build an engine the same way for a mineral or synthetic oil of a given (hot) viscosity.
