You have asked a question that is simple enough for me to answer. You can get a harmonic damper from many sources here. Pantera Performance Center (but you can't order through their website); Summit Racing; JEGS; There should be many vendors located with a Google search for Ford 351 Cleveland harmonic balancers. You could also try Romac and ATI.
