[DeTomaso] Volt meter replacement

FYI, A fellow is currently selling Veglia volt-meters on ebay for $39. I 
bought one hoping to change the guts with my ammeter gauge so it retains the 
same look.
Don't know if Veglia gauges volt meters are common, but I thought the price 
was good
