30 days is all the time he should need, then call the credit card company. One thing to keep an eye out for is if the exchange rate changed. You may not get the amount you should.

  I am having a problem with a vendor.
  I ordered wheels in Sept and was (over) charged $3500 US in October. I never got my wheels. This was for a GR4 conversion I was planning this winter. There is not enough time now to start and finish the project before our short summer so I cancelled the order 2 weeks ago.
  After a week I didn't see a credit on my visa.
  After 3 emails I've only had replies regarding how tough business has been and he'll get to it when some money comes in.
  Should I call Visa and put in a claim?
  There are only a few vendors we can deal with and I don't want to ruin any relationships but $3500 is alot of dough and I'm not in the financing business.
  Any suggestions?
