I am having a problem with a vendor.
I ordered wheels in Sept and was (over) charged $3500 US in October. I never got my wheels. This was for a GR4 conversion I was planning this winter. There is not enough time now to start and finish the project before our short summer so I cancelled the order 2 weeks ago.
After a week I didn't see a credit on my visa.
After 3 emails I've only had replies regarding how tough business has been and he'll get to it when some money comes in.
Should I call Visa and put in a claim?
There are only a few vendors we can deal with and I don't want to ruin any relationships but $3500 is alot of dough and I'm not in the financing business.
Any suggestions?
