I received an email this morning from Christer Lofstrom concerning the activities planned for the 50th Anniversary deTomaso Event in Italy. I had emailed him expressing concern for the activities on Tues, Wed, Thursday and Friday. I specifically addressed "The 4 page flyer describes activities on Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri including a guided tour of Monza, Biscaretti Museum, meeting with Tom Tjarda, a tour of the Dallara Factory, Ferrari Gallery, Paganni Factory tour, Lamborgini factory and museum." He replied back that all of these activities are in deed going to happen as planned. He said that they were specifically planned for those that were traveling a long distance so that they weren't flying in just for the weekend. Here's that portion of his email to me. "The program has nott been changed as i discribed earlier. The program
decribes what is going to happen from  Tues/Wed/Thur/Fri/Sat/Sund. The diffrences is iff you come whit you car ore iff you fly in to Italy, we have done a program like this becouse the price of flying in is so much more iff you stay just friday to sunday, and also to get more out of your long distance flying. I hope that this will claryfie things for you. Best Regards Christer Lofstrom"

So it looks like the full week schedule is on as planned. I'm very excited to take full advantage of all the weeks events.  Luca Sandri of the travel agency wrote last week "The tour will be confirmed when a mininum number of partecipant will be reached." Maybe I still need to find out what that means, but according to Christer, the tour portion of this trip is definitely on. I'm in! Scott
