[DeTomaso] CHI Dual Plane Intake ?

Does anyone have experience with the dual plane manifold at the bottom of
this John Kaase website page.  I assume its from CHI since that's the title
of the page but their claim of 70 lb-ft better at 2250 RPM than an Edelbrock
2665 Performer is hard to believe but Kaase is supposedly a reputable guy.
