[DeTomaso] up size wheels and tires

Also,
 
    Any mondo brake upgrade with 13 inch rotors will probably require 17 inch front wheels.  Personally, I really like the 17/18 wheel look, and I think the 18 by 9,5 rears fit inside the rear wheel well a little better,
