[DeTomaso] up size wheels and tires

My Pantera East wheels look like they use the same centers.  The rims are obviously different sizes, but they look like they are stepped so that the machined part is the same size - front-to-rear.

I'm not at home right now, so I can't hop out to the garage and measure.
