Or there is always the possibility that a previous owner has put a new 
odometer in the car; this was the case in the yellow car Jack worked on last year.   
The previous owner had put an other than original in the car at some point 
which the new owner didn't like, so he put another one in.   Of course, all 3 
had different readings so really no idea what the mileage was on that car; 
definitely a guess at best.
