 What are the spring rates of the "Quella suspensions"?

Dear Chuck,
  I did the same things you mention to my car several years ago with the 
exception of
using Aldan shocks instead of Quellas'. Aldan recommended 400# front and 600# 
rear
shocks so that's what I went with. Am happy with both the ride & handling of my 
car with
the polyurethane bushings & these new shocks & springs. Much better than before 
& 
the combo now sets my rear lower control arms parallel to the pavement. :<))
