I think they are 7/16-20.

I have used both ARP-400-8766 7/16-20 nylock (stainless), and 
ARP-300-8333 7/16-20 12pt black oxide nuts. Still using the stock bolts, 
but Mike Drew recommends Aircraft spruce for the bolts. Probably not 
stainless though.
