[DeTomaso] How tough are the 15" factory magnesium wheels?

I don't know if the wheels were designed for clip-on weights or not.  The shape of the lip indicates they were. 
I remember new cars on the lot with plain clip-on weights.  I still don't like the idea of nicking or gouging the 
magnesium.  On the other hand, to get the best balance possible you may need weights on the inside and outside 
of the centerline of the wheel.  Doing it all on the backside is a compromise.  Probably one that 99% of us would 
never realize.  One other consideration...when I was running Campys and using Wilwood Superlight calipers, space 
was at a premium and misplaced stick-on weights were promptly scrapped off.  Have fun.
