That is a very bad thing.   Magnesium wheels are NEVER supposed to have 
clamp-on weights.   Moisture can get trapped between the weight and the wheel, and 
corrode the wheel away.   Then when some minimum-wage tire-shop monkey hits 
the weight with a hammer to remove it, he breaks a chunk out of the wheel.

Ensure they remove the weights VERY carefully by prying them up with 
appropriate tools, then insist upon stick-on tape weights.   Have all four wheels 
corrected if necessary.
