[DeTomaso] modified port plates for 180's

Hi Mark,

I think there is a picture and instructions on this modification in the old
"Ford Performance" book by Pat Ganahl.  It's as Goran described: cut out the
exhaust port on the head and replace it with a plate with ports more to your
liking.
