You could consider fabricating a ring with 5 holes at 4.5" pcd leaving tabs at each stud. The studs usually have a flat edge for locking so you can hammer the tab over and keep the studs from spinning. If you don't have a flat edge on the stud, it's easy enough to grind one side down to make one.
 
Another alternative often employed with aftermarket hats is to turn down the backside enough so the flat edge of the stud sits a little lower and locks the stud from spinning against teh hat.
 
Of course all this is additional work (and cost) to what was suposed to be a "cheap bolt on" and you could soon end up spending the few moore $$ that you could have purchased Wilwood hats and rotors for.
