[DeTomaso] MUSTANG ROTORS - WAS: Which Loctite

Ron

As you are aware, I have tremendous respect for your mechanical ability and
integrity. I am confident that you encountered the stud size discrepancy
you noted on the hats that you utilized.

Fortunately, my experience was different on the Wagner rotor and the Pantera
studs interfaced as if made for it. Optimistically, my car is not unusual
and the Wagner rotor is different from others you have tried and a true
solution. I do not have a better explanation. I did a warrantee exchange
recently and the Pantera studs, when swapped from the old set, fit the new
set as expected.

BTW, that is another benefit of these rotors. I had used a very abrasive
pad the prematurely wore the rotor. I was able to return the rotor to my
local O'Reillys for a free replacement under the lifetime warrantee.

Happy New Year

JT
