I have worked with Crane (as an advertising and sponsorship) client  
for many years. IMHO ,the most likely scenario at present is that some  
or all of the assets will end up under the Comp Performance Group  
banner in Memphis. Hopefully some key employees will end up there  
also.  Inventory might be available for a while through distributors.  
There are some great people at Crane and hopefully many of them can  
find a way to stay in the performance industry. Dave Ferrato #5972
