[DeTomaso] Big Bend Open Road Race

Can everybody who is going to Big Bend this year check in with me.  I've lost track of the names over the last few weeks.

We need at least 5 cars for the team.  I think we are already past that number but I need to make sure.  The other teams

can consist of just about anything...Team Non-Corvette, Team Import etc., but Team Pantera has to be made up of Panteras.  

Unfair, but a compliment in a way as they know we kick everyones ass year after year, so they make it harder for us.

The real hard part is getting 5 Panteras that can actually run more than a few minutes at a time and 5 owners willing to try it.

There are only 63 days left!  Be there.

Conversation at a Vette gathering this weekend.............

 

Vette owner:  Yah, I've run my Z16 at Big Bend a few times, it's great.

 

Me:    I've been out there the last 6 or 7 years.

 

Vette owner:  What do you run?

 

Me:  A Pantera.

 

Vette owner:  Damn, you are the guys that win everything!

 

Me:  Smile & wave boys, just smile & wave.
